Suspension points

All suspension points for halls A3 - A6, B3 - B6 & C4 MUST be hung by TRUELOGIK.

Maximum load per point is 100 Kg. This also includes weight of hoist. For the trade fair we use electric motors with a working load of 250 Kg. (Motor weight including chain is 18.5 Kg.) There is no need to use motors with a higher lifting capacity as the maximum load for any point remains 100 Kg. It is not illegal to use larger motors, but you should be aware that doing so will reduce the motorized : static weight ratio. i.e. 18,5 Kg. (motor) = 81,5 Kg. (maximum static weight) per point.

6mm or 8mm steel? - Points that require manual or electric hoists must now be made of 8mm steel in accordance with regulations for safety as set by the Munich Trade Fair. Rules and regulations.(PDF) It is important that you inform us if you need 6mm or 8mm steel. i.e. if you intend to use hoists. Please note: This is for reasons of safety! Failure to comply with this requirement may result in delay. Your points may also have to be re-planned and hung at your own cost!

See RIGGING & Rules and regulations (PDF) You are responsibe for what you hang.
