To order points you need form 4.1 and 4.2 from the Exhibitor service office. To order Hoists, Truss, Lights, Sound, Projection equipment etc.  you need form 4.3

Information we need to plan your suspension points.

Points that require manual or electric hoists must now be made of 8mm steel in accordance with new regulations for safety. It is important that you inform us if you intend to use hoists.

ORDERING SUSPENSION POINTS

You may have your suspension points anywhere over your stand area in accordance with the rules of the Munich Trade Fair.

1. Height - Please allow space for manual or electric hoists if required. Usually 1.5m "Drop."  All heights should be clearly marked on your drawing.
2. Orientation - We need to know the orientation of your drawing before we can plan your points. Including neighboring stands, aisles adjacent to your stand and an indication of North.
3. Scale - If your plan is to scale make sure it is written on the plan. If faxing your plan to us it will no longer be to scale. For all drawings we need dimensions. (See example plans as pdf in our downloads page).

ORDERING POWER

THERE IS NO POWER IN THE ROOF
If you require us to supply cables to your truss/point from your supply on the ground via the roof please inform us where your power is on your stand and where it is to terminate in the air.

POWER MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY FROM THE RELEVANT SERVICE PARTNER.
